How to Get Ready: 2026 Spiritual Awakening

As I step into this season, I can’t help but feel that something powerful is shifting within me, around me, and ahead of me. This transition from 2025 into 2026 feels like a personal portal, a moment where the old version of me pauses, exhales, and makes room for something wiser, softer, stronger, and more aligned.
I’ve been calling it the age of awakening. This past year revealed things I never noticed before, truths that were quietly waiting for me to slow down, breathe deeper, and finally see them. And here’s what I’m realizing…
Awakening doesn’t always come loudly. It doesn’t always arrive with fireworks or big emotional moments. Sometimes it comes in whispers.
In the quiet moments when I realize I’m no longer willing to shrink.
In the stillness where I finally hear my intuition clearly.
In the spaces where I choose myself with softness instead of guilt.
This year, I’m learning that spiritual awakening is not about becoming a new person. It’s about returning to who I’ve always been beneath the noise, the trauma, the roles, the expectations, and all the versions of me I created just to survive. It’s remembering what is innately mine to do, be, and have.
What Spiritual Awakening Really Means
A lot of people hear the term “spiritual awakening” and think it’s something big and mystical something only reserved for gurus, monks, or people who spend 5 hours a day meditating on a mountaintop.
But here’s the truth in the most Hermonious way I know how to say it:
A spiritual awakening is simply the process of becoming conscious of yourself, your patterns, your wounds, your desires, your intuition, your higher self and choosing to live from that place on purpose.
It’s learning to recognize what aligns with your spirit and what drains it. It’s releasing the habits that numb you and replacing them with habits that restore you. It’s becoming aware of your own energy so deeply that you refuse to betray yourself again.
And most importantly…
It’s applying what you learn.
Because what good is awareness if you don’t use it?
We awaken so we can live differently.
We learn so we can choose differently.
We know better so we can do better.
And what better time to reset and reawaken your spirit than right now before 2026 fully arrives?
Why 2026 Feels Different
2026 feels like the year of knowing.
Knowing myself.
Knowing my patterns.
Knowing my purpose.
Knowing my boundaries.
Knowing what I deserve and what I no longer have space for.
But it also feels like the year of doing better because I know better.
Not in perfection,
but in intention.
In mindfulness.
In self-respect.
In alignment.
As I awaken, I automatically do better for myself.
And as I do better for myself, I naturally become better for the people and spaces connected to me.
My relationships shift.
My goals expand.
My energy softens.
My presence deepens.
My life rearranges itself to match the higher vibration I’m choosing. Awakening is an invitation to stop abandoning yourself and start honoring yourself. And I’m accepting that invitation fully in 2026.
Quarterly Journaling Prompts for 2026
To stay aligned with this new season of knowing and becoming, I’m journaling through each quarter. These prompts help me track my awakening, my emotions, my patterns, my habits, my intentions, my alignment, and my expansion.
Feel free to use them, save them, or revisit them each quarter.
Quarter 1 (January–March): Awakening & Awareness

What truths am I finally seeing clearly that I once overlooked?
What habits or mindsets am I ready to release?
Where am I abandoning myself—and how will I stop?
What do I want the “new me” to embody this year?
What does my spirit need to feel supported in Q1?
Quarter 2 (April–June): Alignment & Action
Where am I being guided to take bold, aligned action?
What opportunities are showing up that match my growth?
How can I deepen my boundaries and protect my peace?
What relationships or routines need more intention?
What does living in alignment look like for me day to day?
How do I want to feel at the end of Q2—and what must I choose consistently to get there?
